"A day a name" agrees! Brynhildr rocks. She should have the name of a woman with character! After all, she will have to know how to take her due place in intense discussions = ^_^ = Speaking about strong women's names, what do you think about "Margareth" and "Lou-Andrea"?

I would not be averse to a niece called Brünnhilde. Even if the original Brynhildr is even cooler. Dorabella is not bad, but Fiordiligi a little risqué.

"A day a name" is happy to see that this little girl has music-lover grandparents! She should have a name accordingly. Prodigal Son and I were thinking "Mélody" and "Carmen"...with such names, "she vill have ze foice of a little anchel!" = ^_^ =

I stand with Edgar.

A girl named Edgar Couprie beats a girl named Victor Lazlo any day.

I think she would be super fantastic!

"A day a name", back for your best pleasure!

At lunch today at work, I was discussing children's names with my colleagues (Indologists). Two of them named their children after Sanskrit nouns, namely : Indra and Dharma. The very same (Belgian) colleagues being themselves named Tillo, Ayla and Noor. And now a question for the audience: amongst these five names, could you tell me with which is for a girl and which for a boy?

Stay tuned, for "a day a name" will make your days brighter! = ^_^ =
